At Zini Fashion we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and return rules below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@zinifashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the return instructions our support team provides.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund via the original payment method (SSLCOMMERZ). Refunds may take 3–14 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Final sale or clearance items (if specified at purchase)
Cancellation
